 TAKE NOTICE that a petition under Section 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 for Amalgamation of Leasemen Fin-invest (India) Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Bit Byte Investment Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (Transferee Company) was presented before the High Court on 11^th November’2016 and the said petition is fixed for hearing before the company Judge on 3^rd Match’2017.

If any person is desirous to support or oppose the said petition at the hearing you should give the undersigned notice thereof in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than 5 days before the date fixed for hearing or the petition and appear at the hearing in person or through your advocate, If you wish to oppose the petition and a copy of your affidavit should be furnished with your notice.
